The Lobby Bar is where laid-back moments meet refined tastes. Enjoy a Guernsey gin and tonic, share small plates with friends, or stop in for a light lunch before exploring the island. Expect craft cocktails, local brews and a wine list that celebrates independent producers.

When the sun is out, the garden calls. Our al fresco area is a guest favourite in spring and summer, perfect for breakfast beneath the trees, long relaxed lunches, or dinner under the stars.

Enjoy slow roasted meats, golden potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and all the classic trimmings. Vegetarian dishes, seasonal starters and indulgent desserts complete the experience. A beloved local tradition. Bookings are strongly recommended.
Our menus shift with the tides and harvests. Summer brings light dishes like crab salad, heirloom tomatoes and grilled fish. In winter, the menu turns to comforting favourites such as braised beef, wild mushrooms and roasted root vegetables. We work closely with local farms and fishmongers to let the ingredients shine.

We proudly serve filtered Guernsey water through our on-site eco system. No bottles, no waste, clean, fresh refreshment. It is one of many ways we care for our environment and our guests.
