Director & General Manager

Garin Dart, Director and General Manager of Le Pommier, brings over three decades of dedicated hospitality in 4 & 5-star hotels, high end restaurants and international event management, having worked in Japan, China, Hong Kong and the UK.​

From welcoming guests at check-in to engaging with our team behind the scenes, his hands-on leadership ensures every stay is delivered with warmth, efficiency and a personal touch. Founded on the belief that the best hotel experiences are those where you feel truly at home, Garin has strategically shaped Le Pommier into a place where attention to detail meets genuine island hospitality. ​

Guest Services Manager​

Kardelen Istanbullu brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality, specializing in guest relations and operational excellence. She has gained extensive experience at prestigious hotels including JW Marriott, Grand Hyatt Dubai and InterContinental Abu Dhabi.​
Bringing a wealth of international expertise and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized and attentive service. She is dedicated for creating memorable experiences for every guest.
